Titans DT Albert Haynesworth says his agent "doesn't know anything" about the team's plans for him in 2008.
The Titans will almost certainly apply the franchise tag on Haynesworth to see if he sustains his high level of play in another contract year. The 6'6/320-pound nose tackle finished 2007 with six sacks and 40 tackles (32 solo). |

The agent for Albert Haynesworth doesn't anticipate his client and the Titans reaching terms on a long-term contract before February 21.
Agent Chad Speck told the Associated Press that conversations are ongoing, but he fully expects Haynesworth to get the franchise tag shortly. The tender would guarantee Haynesworth $7.25 million in 2008. |
